Clinical Account Executive | Gentiva Health Services | Greenfield, MA

As a Clinical Account Executive, you will:
  • Call on physicians, hospital or skilled nursing facilities/management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote the sale of designated service lines.
  • Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market or territory sales plan. Maintain target lists and territory management systems records.
  • Prepare annual territory business plans for the Manager's review or approval. Implement business plans, prepare quarterly updates, and manage sales time or resources according to plan.
  • Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions, and proposal/contract pricing.
  • Meet with market and branch management and staff to discuss sales activities, pricing, potential problems, new opportunities, etc.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Company staff to resolve problems, provide information on products and services, and maintain positive relations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • RN licensure plus a minimum of three years clinical experience
  • Industry sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communications skills
  • General knowledge of sales techniques and a basic knowledge of physician, hospital, or skilled nursing facility, case management, and discharge planning service needs
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communications, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required expect more from Gentiva
